Data collected
- Quote form: trade, name, phone, e-mail, postcode or area, message, optional photos.
- Contact form: name, e-mail, message.
- Technical data: IP address and time of submission (security and spam prevention).
Purposes and legal bases
- Handling your quote request and passing it to one or more Reims professionals — your consent (mandatory checkbox).
- Answering your messages — pre-contractual steps / legitimate interest.
- Site security and spam prevention — legitimate interest.
Recipients
TopReims and, only with your consent, the selected professional(s), who then become controllers for their own dealings with you. Technical processors: IONOS (hosting, EU) and Cloudflare Turnstile (anti-spam). Your data is never sold.
Retention
- Requests and messages: 3 years from last contact.
- Attached photos: deleted within 12 months.
- Technical logs: 12 months maximum.
Your rights
You may access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to contact@topreims.fr. You may also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
The French version of this policy prevails.
